What is StoreExpress Originals?

StoreExpress Originals is our originally designed and modified display shelving and fixtures which meets various requirements from industrial differences to store sizes. We offer over 2000 different models. They are all offered in high quality and reasonable pricing ranges because of its intermittent production.

What is the minimum amount required for orders?

We don’t have a minimum requirement. However, considering the cost of transport, we would recommend that you compile a fixed amount of orders per factory or shipping port.

Where do you produce your products?

Our products are produced mainly in China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Japan.
All of our products produced in countries other than Japan follow Japanese Quality Standards for both production and inventory management.

Where are your products shipped out from?

Most of our products are shipped out from Shanghai (China), Taichung (Taiwan) and Nagoya (Japan).

Do you take special orders?

Yes we do.
However, we will be able to provide better deals for quality, price and delivery time with our StoreExpress Originals product line.

Which industries and sectors are your products intended for?

Our display shelving and fixtures can be used in any retail store, but our product line is mainly based on apparel and general-merchandise businesses.

How long will it take to ship the products out after placing an order?

StoreExpress Originals products are intermittently produced on a regular basis. Depending on the production schedule, delivery is between 5-45 days.

Do you have a catalog of your products?

Yes, but currently only the Japanese catalog is available. If you need to know the detail of our products, we will offer you as soon as you let us know.

Do you offer shipping quotations before we order?

Yes. If you would like to arrange the whole delivery, we will offer you the quotation with the best method for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept wire transfers. Also, please note that the order will not be shipped until the payment is received.

Is it no problem if I have no import experience before?

Count on us. We have various freight forwarder partners all over the world so we will take all the steps until you receive the goods ordered.

Do fixtures come fully assembled?

The majority of our products are ready-to-assemble furniture which avoids the risk of damage. Also, it comes with assembly instructions to help you.
